Mrs. Montanha has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a graduate degree in Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. Mrs. Montanha also serves as Chairman of the Board for the International Project Management Association (IPMA) in Brazil, the World’s first global project management professional organization.
Mrs. Montanha partners with our Senior Leadership Team to establish a people strategy for a worldwide multi-cultural organization.
Prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD, Ana Paula was a partner in the DHR International division, Jobplex, in Latin America for over eight years.
She is an honorary member of the International Dyslexia Association, where she speaks about early childhood depression.
Mrs. Montanha is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and has a basic command of German.
