Gabriella Caldas is an accomplished and passionate HR and DEIB professional with over 14 years of experience in various industries, fostering organizational change and inclusive cultures. With a solid background in employee relations, she has a proven track record of driving HR and DEIB initiatives to support business objectives.
Throughout her career, Gabriella has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective HR and DEIB strategies that align with the company’s goals and values. She is skilled in fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, and wellbeing and enhancing overall organizational performance.
As a strategic leader, Gabriella excels in building high-performing teams and developing talent pipelines to meet the organisation’s evolving needs. Her strong communication skills, coupled with a collaborative approach, enable her to effectively partner with senior management and stakeholders to drive innovation forward.
With a background in HR, DEIB, finance and organizational development, Gabriella brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise to her role. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Trinity College, Ireland, as well as in Business and Management from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil, and has completed specialized training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
In her role as the HR and DEIB Director at HAYMAN-WOODWARD, Gabriella is dedicated to building diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment for all employees. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and driving organizational success through an effective HR and DEIB approach.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys travelling around the world and learning about new cultures.
