Mr. Andrade holds a Degree in Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica, and in Accounting at University Candido Mendes, in Rio de Janeiro.

His professional career began in 2000 as a financial auditor, working for two of the “Big 5” auditing companies, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. As an International Internal Auditor, he joined Praxair Inc. as Foreign Trade Controller and International Business Development Manager for the natural gas industry, doing business in more than thirty countries.

Mr. Andrade also joined Aria-SE, a German trading company, as Global Trading Director, and successfully developed Aria’s mineral and metals business in Brazil, bringing in a variety of suppliers and customers, such as CSN, ThyssenKrupp CSA, MMX, Buritirama, and Sulgesso.

Driven for international deals, his expertise in internal controls, finance, and international business development is a great asset.

Mr. Andrade is Fluent in Portuguese and English.
