Laurie Riker, SPHR, has worked for over 25 years in Senior HR Leadership roles for a variety of fortune 50 companies and startups in; in hi tech, bio tech, consulting, finance and not for profit. Known for strengthening international corporate culture, implementing strategy, structure, compliance and “best practices” to support and retain good talent. She is passionate about making a difference and is known as the champion for staff encouraging employee engagement and fostering a coaching environment. With her collaborative approach she seeks to drive a learning culture with interactive training and innovative activities.
She holds an MSW, concentration in Counseling, from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from a Cal State University. She is a certified Executive Coach, Certified Leadership and Diversity Trainer and trained has a Professional Speaker. Laurie has facilitated numerous motivational workshops and has led HR best practice segments of Win-Win Radio. Laurie Is also an International Best-Selling Author of the book “Women Who Influence”.
In her spare time, Laurie loves to travel to places off the beaten trail, read, hike, play tennis, advocate for youth at risk, participate in art venues and environmental causes.
