Ms. Costa has a successful career both as an entrepreneur and business executive. She was born in Rio de Janeiro, and went to High School in New York. After graduating from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro as a Systems Analyst, she moved to Sao Paulo and joined a large Japanese heavy machinery multinational for nine years as the branch’s Administrative Manager. During this time, Ms. Costa got her Executive MBA from Insper SP.

Ms. Costa began her entrepreneurial career in 2011 when she opened the first executive coworking space in São Paulo, Brazil. Her business was the pioneer in the premium coworking segment in Brazil. It doubled in size and capacity in a little over 1 year. In 2017, Ms. Costa was responsible for the international expansion of the business in Miami, Florida, as the first international shared office facility with a focus on welcoming immigrant entrepreneurs to Florida. Her office quickly became a business hub to small and medium-size international entrepreneurs who wished to start or expand businesses in the US. For this endeavor, she was given the Key to the City of Miami award by Mayor Carlos Gimenez and also Focus Brasil Business Award by the Brazilian community.

In 2020 Ms. Costa joined HAYMAN-WOODWARD team as Business Development Director. Identifying new markets and help qualified immigrants live and invest in the US are some of Ms. Costa’s major responsibilities. She also created a wide network of partners to ensure a soft landing for these immigrants, their families, and their businesses.
