Global Director of Strategy
and Corporate Social Responsibility

Mrs. Fleury is the Global Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility Director of HAYMAN-WOODWARD. She is responsible for the umbrella strategy of the holding company and its drill-down through all the companies within the group to create one common vision and values system, as well as consistent brand and operating standards.

Mrs. Fleury also creates process, KPIs and procedures for the main companies of the group.

Mrs. Fleury holds degrees in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (Faculdades Olwaldo Cruz – Brazil), Holistic Science (Schumacher College – United Kingdom), and also holds an MBA in Marketing with a minor degree in Personnel Management- (ESPM – Brazil). As a senior level International Operations and Business Management Executive, she has proven records of achievement in leading large-scale operations with proven excellence in strategic planning, operations, business development, process improvement, innovation and sustainability. An entrepreneur and innovator with broad leadership expertise within start up, rapid growth situations, and turnaround challenges.

Mrs. Fleury worked for strong, leading multinational companies in the field of Biotech and Cosmetics (Lonza group and Natura do Brasil), as well as start ups (Ybios), and Non-Governmental Organizations’ (Bistrô de Inovação) planning, organizing, leading, implementing, and managing multifunctional and multinational projects and programs. Mr. Fleury has also negotiated with strong Brazilian institutions-including BNDES, FAPESP and FINEP for investments and fund-raising.

As an internationally recognized professional, Mrs. Fleury obtained permanent residency in the United States for her Exceptional Ability (EB-2 National Interest Waiver) as a sustainability and business executive. She is a Brazilian citizen, fluent in English, Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish and German.
