Ieva Katiliute is an international executive with a strong background in technology and finance, currently serving as Director of Innovations at HAYMAN-WOODWARD’s UAE office.
With a highly strategic and innovation-focused mindset, Ieva leads auditing and transformation initiatives across the group’s portfolio, driving operational excellence and scalable growth. Her work is centered on identifying and implementing breakthrough solutions that bridge traditional industries with emerging technologies, enhancing the group’s competitive edge.
Originally from Lithuania, Ieva holds a BSc in Finance and Management from Westminster University in London, along with certifications in Corporate Finance and Innovation. Prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD, she held strategic roles in the tech sector, most notably at Seldon Technologies, where she was instrumental in building the company’s financial framework and leading its international expansion.
Throughout her career, Ieva has been recognized for her ability to combine analytical precision with bold innovation and transformative leadership.
