Global Human Resources Director

Mrs. Montanha joined HAYMAN-WOODWARD as Global Human Resources Director in early 2019. A seasoned human resources professional, she handles performance management, recruitment, retention, rewards strategies, succession planning, and learning and development programs.

Mrs. Montanha partners with our Senior Leadership Team to establish a people strategy for a worldwide multi-cultural organization.

Prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD, Ana Paula was a partner in the DHR International division, Jobplex, in Latin America for over eight years.

Mrs. Montanha also serves as Chairman of the Board for the International Project Management Association (IPMA) in Brazil, the World’s first global project management professional organization. Mrs. Montanha has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, a graduate degree in Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

She is an honorary member of the International Dyslexia Association, where she speaks about early childhood depression.

Mrs. Montanha is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and has a basic command of German.
