Sales Coordinator
A motivated and organized Sales Coordinator is pivotal in supporting our sales team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to our company’s success in the market. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and potential customers. This candidate will keep schedules and provide feedback, documentation, and information to facilitate team Business Development activity. They will work closely with BDs teams to maximize performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information with potential clients.
Customer Service: Respond to business development meetings requests and queries efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Administration: Ensure the adequacy of sales-related system, SalesForce and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and analyses.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related area, or equivalent experience.
4+ years’ experience in sales related role; experience as a sales coordinator or administration in the sales sector is strongly preferred.
Fluency in English; bilingual abilities in Portuguese or Spanish are advantageous.
Prior experience in SalesForce will be considered a plus.

Start Date: Immediate.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Location: Hybrid, primarily reporting to the Alexandria, VA office.
Compensation: Starting at $45,000 annually, with benefits including 20 days PTO, unlimited sick days, 11 business holidays days per year, and comprehensive health insurance with dental and vision, and 401k.
Open Positions: Five positions are available this quarter.
Eligibility to work in the USA required (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid EAD holder for over 180 days).
