U.S. Immigration Paralegals
The Case Manager EB2-NIW plays a pivotal role in assisting Immigration Attorneys in preparing cases on behalf of our clients, individuals relocating internationally. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure immigration documentation aligns seamlessly with necessary requirements, facilitating faster, more effective case management in compliance with legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Case Management: Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service to guarantee a smooth process. Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all visa and immigration documents. Regularly update and maintain client records with strict adherence to legal requirements.
Client Consultation: Provide tailored advice to clients on obtaining necessary documentation for international migration. Establish strong, individualized communication channels with clients.
Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration legislation and procedures. Build and sustain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Project Management Skills with exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong focus on detail. A detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and resolve complex issues in a dynamic environment. Maintain a prompt system for the timely filing of extensions, petitions, and applications. Coordinate filing of applications and petitions.
Proactive and effective communication with clients and team members. Evaluate and organize documents supporting applications and petitions. Function as a liaison between clients’ petitions and attorneys.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
J.D. or LLM from an ABA-approved law school.
Previous experience in the immigration field is highly desirable.
Fluency in English; bilingual abilities in Portuguese or Spanish are advantageous.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Start Date: Immediate.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Location: On-Site Virginia or Orlando Offices.
Compensation: Starting at $43.888,00 annually, with benefits including 20 days PTO, unlimited sick days, 11 business holidays days per year, and comprehensive health insurance with dental and vision, and 401k.
Open Positions: Ten positions available this quarter.
Eligibility to work in the USA required (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid EAD holder for over 180 days).
