U.S. Immigration Bilingual Client Support Specialist – Portuguese and English.
We have 2 (two) open positions for on-site and hybrid candidates willing to commute to our offices at least three (3) days per week to one of our offices in Alexandria, Virginia.
We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any questions or concerns over the phone in both English and Portuguese.
This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a passion for helping others.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Main required skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are needed.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Administrative experience is beneficial.
- Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone in both languages.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously in English and Portuguese.
- Provide accurate information about patient care, services, and insurance information.
- Assist patients with making appointments, checking eligibility/referrals before making appointments, and managing voicemails and faxes.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and patience.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a law practice or clerical duties is a plus.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
- Start Date: Immediate.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Location: Preference will be given to on-site candidates in Alexandria, Virginia.
- Compensation: United States – Starting at $43.888,00 annually, with benefits including 20 days PTO, unlimited sick days, 11 business holiday days per year, and comprehensive health insurance with dental and vision.
- Open Positions: Two positions are available this quarter.
- Eligibility to work in the USA is required (you must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or a valid EAD holder for over 365 days).
